DYNC values the importance of adequate support services that comes along with its product sales. Therefore we have set up routines that assure fast and reliable support services. First line support is handled by DYNC’s help desk. On site commissioning and training is handled by DYNC’s technicians with back up support from its manufacturers.
Installation and commissioning
We will set up the instrument and test to assure it will work within the given specifications.
Education and training
We know that software training and instrument training are important, therefore, to maintain accuracy and maximize productivity, DYNC offers training to assure optimal operation of the instrument. At installation, your service engineer will conduct an on-site training, covering general operating procedures, software control and basic instrument maintenance.
We also offer other training possibilities, such as:
– Training courses
– Instrument maintenance
– Customized method development
Regular preventive maintenance including thorough cleaning and inspection of all functions will reduce downtime and in the end will extend the instruments life time.
Unfortunately, from time to time instruments do break down. A service call to us is all you need to do, and we will make sure that you get the help that is needed within the agreed time limits.
A Service agreement can be seen as an insurance in case something unexpected happens with the instrument or accessory.
